(1) The dimensions of the hydraulic components installed on the Hydraulic Valve Block shall not interfere with each other.
(2) The geometric dimensions of the valve block mainly consider the external dimensions of the components installed on the valve block, so that there is sufficient assembly space between the components. The distance between hydraulic components should be greater than 5mm. The electromagnet on the directional valve, pilot valve on the pressure valve, and pressure gauge can be appropriately extended beyond the installation plane of the valve block, which can reduce the volume of the valve block. But be careful not to collide with other parts on the extended part.
(3) When laying out, consideration should be given to whether the installation direction of the valve body is reasonable, and the valve core should be placed in a horizontal direction to prevent the self weight of the valve core from affecting the sensitivity of the valve. Especially, the directional valve must be arranged horizontally.
(4) The shape and position size of the common oil hole in the valve block should be determined according to the design requirements of the system. To determine the installation parameters of each component on the valve block, it is necessary to consider making the holes that need to be connected as orthogonal as possible, making them directly connected and reducing unnecessary process holes.
(5) Due to the fact that each component has two or more oil passages that need to be connected to the passages of other components and the common oil holes on the valve block, it is sometimes impossible to directly connect. Therefore, necessary process holes must be designed. The pore design of the valve block is to determine the number of additional process holes, the type and location size of process holes, as well as the aperture and depth of the pores on the valve block when the pores are connected.
(6) The minimum wall thickness between non porous channels must undergo strength verification.
(7) It should be noted that the fixing screw holes of hydraulic components on the valve block should not collide with the oil passage, and their minimum wall thickness should also undergo strength verification, etc.
